COVID-19 Statement

Dear Common Kitchen Community,

Every day, our team at The Common Kitchen prioritizes food safety and sanitation practices as we prepare healthy offerings that nourish our community. We are taking extra precautions to keep our customers, employees and community safe and healthy.

In addition to the high food safety and sanitation standards we have in place, we’re preventing cross contamination and maintaining the clean environment we have created by:

  1. Reducing public exposure to utensils & hot cup lids – To prevent potential contamination, our utensils and cup lids are only available upon request.
  2. Ensuring that our team members are effectively and frequently washing their hands – Our team is continuing to employ the proper protocols for hand washing that we’ve always practiced with more frequency. As always, we are using gloves to handle food.
  1. Sanitizing common areas and surfaces – We are committed to sanitizing high-touch surfaces everything from door handles every 20 minutes, to our register pin pads after all transactions. We are encouraging the use of Tap Payments using your phone
  2. Encouraging sick employees to stay home – As always, our team is monitoring their own health and avoiding community space if symptoms arise.

To keep our community and our team healthy, we will continue to strengthen our procedures as new CDC guidelines emerge. In the meantime, we invite you into the Common Kitchen to enjoy our nutritious, and tasty offerings.

All our vendors will remain open during normal business hours.

If you would like to help our businesses, please consider purchasing gift certificates from us. Gift Certificates can provide us with much needed funds should there be slower times ahead.
